Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ÁMBRA (“we”, “our”, or “us”) strive to provide an exceptional experience for every guest. To ensure we can accommodate all who wish to join us on the shores of Long Bay, we have established the following policies regarding reservations and prepaid experiences.
Table Reservations & Experiences (Lunch, Dinner, and Sand + Stars)
We understand that plans can change. For standard dining and Sand + Stars reservations:
- Cancellation Window: We kindly request that you cancel your reservation at least two (2) hours in advance.
- Grace Period: We will hold your table for 15 minutes past your scheduled reservation time. After this period, the table may be released to other guests.
- Duration: To ensure all guests can enjoy the ÁMBRA atmosphere, tables are reserved for a window of two (2) hours.
- Fees & Refunds: There are no booking fees or deposits required for standard dining or Sand + Stars reservations. For any reservations or events that do involve a prepaid element, cancellations made within the allowed cancellation window will receive a 100% refund with no processing fee.
Private Events & Large Groups
Private dining and large group bookings (13+ guests) require bespoke preparation.
- Groups & Events: Policies for private events, including deposit and refund schedules, are outlined in your individual event contract. Please refer to your signed agreement or contact manager@ambratci.com for details.
Weather & External Factors
As an outdoor beachfront venue, ÁMBRA operations are subject to weather conditions.
- Inclement Weather: In the event of unsafe weather conditions that force a closure of the restaurant, ÁMBRA will contact all reservations to reschedule. Any prepaid event fees will receive a full 100% refund.
- Closures: If ÁMBRA must close for a private event or maintenance, we will provide as much notice as possible and issue 100% refunds with no processing fees for any impacted pre-paid bookings.
